“Home is more than a nostalgic memory of the place where we started our journey.”
Home, not as a proof of origin, but as a possibility of life, raises many questions, which the choreographer of this dance evening, Roberta Pisu, wants to examine closely at the Philharmonie: To what extent and under what circumstances can finding a home succeed far from the culturally familiar environment? What remains of the old home in a person, how does the relationship to it change?
The Arcis Saxophone Quartet will play music by Shostakovich, Schulhoff, Weill and Hiller (UA).
