Are you interested in culture and have always wanted to take a look behind the scenes of an internationally successful ensemble? Would you like to get to know people and gain experience in organizing cultural events? IMPORTANT: do you live in Munich or the surrounding area?
Then you’ve come to the right place. We are a young team and are constantly producing new concert formats and interdisciplinary performances in Munich.
We need your support for this.
To make it a unique experience for everyone, we will create the best possible conditions and benefits for you:
You will work in a small team and have direct contact with the artists, receive an official volunteer certificate and free access to the events for you and your friends.

ATTENTION: Applications are sorted on an ongoing basis and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
How exactly does the volunteer process work (from registration to deployment)?
After your registration, we will contact you to get to know you.
We have many different projects and productions throughout the year where we need help. This can be selective and with little responsibility through to repeated and permanent tasks with greater responsibility. From one day to a longer period of time.
We work this out together and it can always change.
What happens after I have registered as a volunteer?
As soon as you have registered with us, we will contact you to discuss the next steps, plan a welcome session and let you know about our next projects.
Do I have to be available during the entire project period?
No. We discuss your availability individually and then schedule you in. Each of our productions is different and requires flexible planning. Just like your own schedule.
Do I receive any remuneration?
The appropriate translation of volunteer into German would probably be voluntary service or honorary office, which is generally unpaid.
But we will make sure that you feel comfortable and are well looked after. You can be sure of plenty of experience, lots of fun and the greatest thanks when you join the arcis team.
Is there a minimum age for volunteers?
Yes, the minimum age is 16 years. For volunteers under the age of 18, a declaration of consent signed by a parent or legal guardian must be presented at the latest at the introductory meeting.
I have changed my mind about volunteering. What should I do?
Sometimes plans or opinions change, which is understandable.
