Are you interested in culture and have always wanted to take a look behind the scenes of an internationally successful ensemble? Would you like to get to know people and gain experience in organizing cultural events? IMPORTANT: do you live in Munich or the surrounding area?
Then you’ve come to the right place. We are a young team and are constantly producing new concert formats and interdisciplinary performances in Munich.

Wie läuft der Volunteer-Prozess (von der Anmeldung bis zum Einsatz) genau ab?
Nach deiner Anmeldung kommen wir auf dich zu, um dich kennenzulernen.
Wir haben über das Jahr viele unterschiedliche Projekt und Produktionen, wo wir Hilfe brauchen. Dies kann punktuell und mit geringer Verantwortung sein bis hin zu wiederholten und dauerhaften Aufgaben mit höherer Verantwortung. Von einem Tag bis hin über einen längeren Zeitraum.
Wir loten das gemeinsam aus und das darf sich auch immer ändern.
Was passiert, nachdem ich mich als Volunteer angemeldet habe?
Sobald du dich bei uns angemeldet hast werden wir dich kontaktieren, um die nächsten Schritte zu besprechen, eine Begrüßungsrunde planen und dir unsere nächsten Projekte mitteilen.
Muss ich während des gesamten Projektzeitraums verfügbar sein?
Nein. Wir besprechen individuell deine Verfügbarkeiten und planen dich dann ein. Jede unserer Produktionen ist anders und braucht flexible Planung. Genau wie dein eigener Terminplan.
Bekomme ich eine Vergütung?
Die adäquate Übersetzung von Volunteer ins Deutsche wäre wohl Freiwilligendienst oder Ehrenamt, das grundsätzlich unvergütet abläuft.
Wir werden aber dafür einstehen, dass du dich wohlfühlst und du gut versorgt bist. Eine Menge an Erfahrung, viel Spaß und größter Dank sind dir sicher, wenn du im Team arcis bist.
Gibt es ein Mindestalter für Volunteers?
Ja. Das Mindestalter beträgt 16 Jahre. Für Volunteers unter 18 Jahren muss spätestens beim Kennenlerngespräch eine von einem Elternteil oder Erziehungsberechtigten unterzeichnete Einverständniserklärung vorgelegt werden.
Ich habe meine Meinung über das Volunteering geändert. Was soll ich tun?
Manchmal ändern sich Pläne oder Meinungen, das ist verständlich.
